Shipping Policy
At Queen B Living, we take pride in delivering premium outdoor furniture safely and efficiently throughout the contiguous United States.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the lower 48 United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 72 business hours of purchase. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided within 24 hours.
Shipping Method
All orders ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight and include curbside delivery only. Threshold delivery, white glove service, assembly, and indoor placement are not included. An adult signature is required upon delivery.
Estimated Transit Times
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–10 business days depending on destination. Delivery to rural or remote areas may require additional transit time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated as part of a promotional free shipping offer.
Delivery Inspection Requirements
Customers must carefully inspect all items at the time of delivery before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD) or Bill of Lading (BOL).
If visible damage is present:
• Note all damage clearly on the delivery receipt/BOL before signing
• Refuse delivery if damage is severe
• Take photos of all packaging and product damage
Please retain all original packaging until your order has been fully inspected and accepted.
Failure to note visible freight damage at delivery may impact claim eligibility. By signing the Proof of Delivery without noting visible damage, the customer acknowledges the shipment was received in acceptable condition.
Damage Claims
Any concealed damage or product issues must be reported to Queen B Living within 24 hours of delivery through our Contact Us page:

Our team will require:
• Photos of damage
• Photos of packaging
• Signed Proof of Delivery (POD/BOL)
Address Changes
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has shipped.
Missed Deliveries & Redelivery Fees
Customers are responsible for any redelivery, storage, or reconsignment fees if delivery is missed due to customer unavailability or customer-related delivery issues. If the carrier is at fault, these charges will not apply.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, cancellation requests may be subject to applicable restocking fees as outlined in our Support Policy:

Multiple Shipments
Due to the size and nature of outdoor furniture, orders may ship in multiple boxes, pallets, or separate shipments and may arrive on different delivery dates.
Additional Notes
Delivery drivers are responsible for curbside delivery only and are not required to move products beyond the delivery point. Customers are responsible for bringing products indoors, assembly, and packaging disposal once delivery is completed.
