Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Queen B Living. We take pride in delivering premium outdoor furniture and want you to review our return and refund policies carefully before making a purchase.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled any time prior to a shipping label being created. Once a shipping label has been generated or an order has entered the shipping process, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
• Item must be delivered within the last 30 days
• Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Item must not be assembled, installed, or damaged after delivery
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Products made to customer specifications, custom orders, or personalized items
• Used, assembled, altered, or damaged merchandise not caused by freight or manufacturer defect
• Items not in original packaging
• Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons once opened
• Clearance, closeout, or final sale items where specified
Queen B Living reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Failed Delivery, Refused Delivery & Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned due to refused delivery, missed delivery appointments, customer unavailability, inaccurate address information, or unsuccessful delivery caused by the customer, a restocking fee will apply.
The restocking fee will be:
50% of the total order value OR the total cost of shipping and order preparation, whichever is greater.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, freight arrangements, and associated risks unless the return is due to verified freight damage or manufacturer defect approved by Queen B Living.

We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping services. Queen B Living is not responsible for returned merchandise lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds cannot be issued until:
• Returned merchandise is received and inspected
• Return is approved
• Return tracking information has been provided
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days, less applicable restocking fees, shipping charges, or non-refundable service costs.
Exchanges
We only replace products if they arrive damaged, defective, or with verified manufacturer issues. If you need to request an exchange for the same item, please contact us through our Contact Us page within 24 hours of delivery.
Freight Damage & Defective Products
All freight damage or product defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and must include:
• Photos of product damage
• Photos of packaging
• Signed Proof of Delivery (POD/BOL)
• Order number
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may impact claim eligibility.
Important Notes
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law
• Assembly costs, disposal costs, or third-party service fees are non-refundable
• Queen B Living reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice
