Queen B Living reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

• suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

If an order is canceled after payment is processed, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping & Delivery

Queen B Living ships within the continental United States.

Large furniture items ship via freight carriers and are delivered curbside.

Customers are responsible for:

• providing accurate contact and delivery information
• ensuring delivery access for large freight vehicles
• being available for scheduled delivery appointments when required

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, port congestion, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Free Shipping Offers

When free shipping is offered, it applies only to standard delivery locations within the contiguous United States.

Additional charges may apply for:

• remote or limited-access areas
• ferry-required locations
• re-delivery requests
• missed delivery appointments
• special handling requests

Inspection & Damage Claims

All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery.

If visible damage is present:

• note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing
• take clear photos of the packaging and product

If concealed damage is discovered after delivery, notification must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect claim eligibility.

All original packaging must be retained until the inspection and claims process is complete.

Returns, Refusals & Order Changes

Due to freight logistics and limited inventory programs:

• Order cancellations or changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
• Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
• Refusing delivery without authorization may result in return freight charges and restocking fees.

Approved returns:

• may be subject to restocking fees
• require return freight at the customer’s expense
• must be unused and in original packaging

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Closeout & Final Sale Items

Closeout, clearance, and final sale items are sold as-is and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Warranty coverage, if applicable, remains in effect per manufacturer terms.

Warranty

Products are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable. Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, modifications, commercial use (unless specified), normal wear, or acts of nature.

Product Use & Care

Furniture is designed for residential outdoor use unless otherwise specified.

Routine cleaning, proper care, and protective storage during extreme weather conditions will help extend product life and maintain appearance.

Environmental exposure, including salt air, chlorine, extreme heat, freezing temperatures, and storm conditions, may accelerate wear and is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Commercial & Non-Residential Use

Products used in commercial, hospitality, rental, or high-traffic environments may not be covered under standard residential warranty terms.

Please contact us prior to purchase for commercial use recommendations.

Limitation of Liability

Queen B Living shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Force Majeure
