Queen B Living Residential & Commercial Warranty

Queen B Living, a Nasitra, LLC company, stands behind the quality, craftsmanship, and durability of our outdoor furniture with warranty coverage designed to protect your investment and provide confidence in your purchase.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and begins on the original date of purchase from an authorized Queen B Living retailer.

Residential Frame Coverage

Queen B Living warrants residential-use frames to be free from structural defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase under normal residential use.

If a frame fails structurally during normal use due to defects in materials or workmanship, Queen B Living will repair, refinish, or replace the product at our discretion with the same or a comparable product if the original item is discontinued.

Commercial Frame Coverage

Commercial use is defined as any public, business, rental, hospitality, shared-use, or commercial environment.

Commercial-use frames are warranted for thirty (30) days from the original date of purchase against structural defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use.

Finish Warranty

Frame finishes are warranted against peeling, cracking, or blistering for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase, provided the finish has not been scratched, chipped, abraded, or otherwise damaged through misuse or improper care.

Normal fading, weathering, scratches, chips, stains, chemical exposure, and environmental wear are not covered.

Fabric, Sling & Cushion Warranty

Cushions, sling fabrics, and other applicable fabrics are warranted for one (1) year from the original date of purchase against manufacturer defects including seam separation or tearing.

Normal fading, discoloration, mildew, stains, spills, oils, chemical exposure, weather-related wear, and improper care are not covered.

Wicker, Rope, Straps & Weave Warranty

Wicker weave, braided rope, and straps are warranted for one (1) year from the original date of purchase against manufacturer defects including breaking, separation, or tearing under normal use.

Fading, discoloration, weathering, spills, chemical exposure, and normal wear are not covered.

Umbrellas

Umbrella frames are warranted for thirty (30) days against defects in materials and workmanship. Applicable umbrella fabrics are covered under the standard one (1) year fabric warranty. Damage caused by wind, storms, freezing temperatures, or acts of nature is not covered.

Fire Pits

Fire pit bowls and related aluminum or steel components are warranted for thirty (30) days against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. Rust, misuse, weathering, and environmental damage are not covered.

Stone Tops

Stone tabletops are warranted for thirty (30) days against manufacturer defects only. Breakage, staining, discoloration, weather damage, freezing damage, and misuse are excluded.

Glass

Glass is not covered under warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Freight or shipping damage
• Improper assembly, misuse, neglect, or abusive use
• Damage caused by dropping, impact, or breakage of non-weld cast components
• Damage caused by water intrusion, standing water, freezing temperatures, or sub-freezing exposure
• Damage from acts of nature, storms, fire, vandalism, or environmental extremes
• Clearance, closeout, final sale, display models, floor samples, or “as-is” purchases
• Normal wear and tear, fading, discoloration, rust, corrosion, oxidation, or weathering
• Scratches, chips, stains, or cosmetic imperfections caused after delivery
• Damage from chemicals, oils, spills, food stains, or improper cleaning products
• Hardware corrosion, rusting, or deterioration from environmental exposure
• Glass, plastics, purchased replacement parts, or accessory components unless otherwise specified
• Commercial use beyond stated coverage terms
• Labor, assembly, disassembly, packaging, freight, travel, loss of use, inconvenience, or incidental/consequential damages

Queen B Living’s maximum liability shall never exceed the original purchase price of the defective product.

Warranty Claim Requirements

All warranty claims must include:

• Original dated proof of purchase
• Photos of the claimed defect
• Product details
• Description of the issue

Queen B Living reserves the right to inspect, request photographs, or require additional documentation prior to approving any claim.

If the original product is discontinued or unavailable, Queen B Living reserves the right to substitute a comparable product of similar style, quality, and value.

Due to the hand-applied nature of many finishes, replacement items may vary slightly in color or appearance.

• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers may not qualify
• Products used in commercial environments receive limited commercial coverage only
• Warranty terms are subject to change without notice
